We conduct further qualifying and evaulation interviews before presenting you with top tier candidates who have a genuine interest in your company. We help arrange interview logistics, conduct reference checks, and assist in finalizing negotiations and extending offers. We provide counteroffer management. After the hire and start date, we continue to assist during the transition phase and throughout your new employee's tenure as needed.
